Refund Policy

Personalised and Customised Items - Guarantee

We stand behinds the quality of our products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simple contact us within 14 days from the date of your purchase (proof of receipt), we will refund the full price of the product, excluding postage.

Our products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art printing equipment.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please take note that we cannot be responsible for :

1) Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by customer.
2) Errors in user-selection options such as material type, size and/or colour.
3) Change of mind.

Returns of non Personalised and Customised items.

We accept returns on all items (except Accessories) in their original condition. 

All exchanges/returns will be handled via contact form or whatsapp/contact us at 012 313 2881.

All return items must be returned/mailed back to Nature Craft within 5 working days together with the RETURN FORM. 

Any delay or non-disclosure of RETURN FORM will not be entertained. 

We advise you to deal with these as soon as possible. Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its tag intact, clean, unmarked, no abused and unassembled item in their original packaging. 

Requests for exchanges for items, which do not meet our conditions, will be duly declined. 

We will issue a credit note for all returns. Store credits are valid for 30 days only. Request for extension will not be entertained. 

Original delivery costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of delivering of item back to us. 

We will get back to you once a return item is received by us. We will email your credit note once item is received. The process can take up to 10 working days. 

Nature Craft reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied. 

We do not provide exchange services. If you would like to change to another item, do use the credit voucher to purchase another item. 

Please note that consumable items like food and skincare that have been opened/used are *non-returnable nor refundable* To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to:
