Postage is free for nation wide parcels with a minimum spending of :-

Domestic/Local - Malaysia

RM99 (after discount) upwards for Peninsula Malaysia,

RM150 (after discount) upwards for Sabah, Sarawak

Singapore and Brunei 

RM199 (after discount) upwards


Courier Chargers incurred when :-

For orders below RM99, RM6 for West Malaysia;

for orders below RM150, RM10 for Sabah, Sarawak and

for orders below RM199, RM 20 is incurred for Singapore and Brunei postal addresses.

1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Malaysia and Singapore only at this moment. For other countries, kindly contact us at hello@naturecraft.com.my for shipment charges before making your payment. We will advise you accordingly via email to us.

2. How long does delivery take?
1-4 working days for delivery within Malaysia and Singapore.

3. When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

4. What if I received faulty items?
We are deeply sorry for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.

Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to hello@naturecraft.com.my. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit.

5. I have received an incorrect item.
Do let us know immediately via contact form along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you. Alternatively call us at +603 9543 8236 or WhatsApp us at +6012 313 2881 immediately.

6. What type of toy safety testing does Wild Republic perform on its products?
Wild Republic toys go through the following safety tests during the design and production phases: 
  • Seam pull and tension strength
  • Small parts and ball sizes
  • Cord lengths
  • Plastic bags and plastic sheeting thickness
  • Sharp edges and sharp points
  • Eye pull resistance
  • Lead and heavy metals check

7. Is it safe to shop online?
It is safe to shop online and ZooBabies keeps your information discreet. 8. Can I self-collect?
Yes, you may, but you will need to call or email us via contact form to tell us your preferred pick-up date & time.
